As we drove to Tours, I really wanted to go to the most Southwest corner of France so that we would almost be in Spain! And why? The food of course! :D But we passed through Albi, chosen because I had heard the Cathedral was beautiful. And so it was! Absolutely gorgeous. You wouldn't expect it from the outside but then inside...
