Hanoi

So, if you didn't already know, October and November are monsoon season in Vietnam!  Hence, our luck in getting 2 typhoons in a row, the first which was heading north towards Hanoi.  It also meant that the port authority shut down all cruises for Halong Bay.  Which, with the incoming typhoon, probably wouldn't have been so fun, hmm?  So I guess I still have something left to see in Vietnam after this trip.

But we did walk around Hanoi and I think the best part was just watching the world around us.  People passing us by.  People sitting in cafes...
