We lucked out with the weather and it while it started to rain on the Isle of Mull it was clearing up beautifully on the Isle of Skye! How lucky were we? But even the gloom can be beautiful:
The first thing we hit was the Eilean Donan Castle. Really beautiful. In fact, I may have gone a little crazy picture taking. But it looks different and beautiful from all aspects!
Skye Bridge:
Once we arrived, we decided to head straight for the Fairy Pools. If you Google it, it shows pictures which are, it turns out, incredibly photoshopped. Oh well! Still a beautiful, if mucky, hike. We also may not have gone out far enough. Next time!
