Okay, I'm coming up on the final month of my travels! Oh my!
I arrived in the wee early morning hours on Thanksgiving Day. And because I love wine and was in Chile, what else would I do but go to the Cousino Macul winery? It happens to be one of my dad's favorite wines and I really like their stuff too!
Here is where being an only English speaker helped - I got a private tour with the Head Sommelier of the winery! It was awesome! I learned a lot about their winery and the wines - I had a fantastic time! Of course, I sampled a couple wines and they were delicious.
